I’m Leah Arcuri Tobisch, CRNP — nurse practitioner, mom, and founder of House of Grace Wellness.
After becoming a mother and navigating deep personal loss, I felt called to build a space rooted in purpose, healing, and grace.
My work blends integrative psychiatry, holistic metabolic and hormone support, and intuitive care for the mind, body, and soul. House of Grace is more than a clinic — it’s a sanctuary for those seeking grounded, transformative wellness.
My Story
I didn’t set out to build a wellness clinic — I set out to survive.
In the span of a few years, I became a mother, said goodbye to several of the most influential people in my life, and realized I was craving something more than what the traditional medical model could offer.
My roots are in Scranton, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from the University of Scranton. I began working in the ER while still in school, graduating at the top of my Family Nurse Practitioner class. Over the past decade, I’ve served in nearly every corner of healthcare: critical care, internal medicine, hospice, addiction recovery, psychiatry, and telemedicine — caring for patients from all walks of life.
But with every role, I found myself asking: Where is the space for real healing? Where can providers show up as whole humans, and where can patients be seen beyond their symptoms?
House of Grace is my answer.
It’s not just a clinic — it’s a calling.
A space born out of grief, growth, intuition, and grit.
My story is still unfolding, but one thing remains clear: healing should feel human.
And that’s the kind of care I’m here to give.
